I wanted to try the YSL Touche Eclat foundation for a while. I finally gave up and bought it. This product is the foundation version of the famous highlighting pen YSL Touche Eclat. The formula is free of any opaque powders. The foundation promises to define the contour of your face and make the imperfections disappear with the magic power of light. There are a lot of shades in the range, everyone can find their shade.
The product has medium coverage but I think that you can cover almost anything with it. It gives a very pretty glow to the face and it has SPF19. The formulation is quite hydratating. I think that it will suit the dry skins better. At the moment my skin is combination to oily.
Touche Eclat does not feel heavy on my skin while I wear it and it does not cause any unwanted skin reaction. My problem with it comes after I come home and clean my face. The whole evening my forehead shines like a pan and my forehead usually never shines. I have to use a lot of oil control papers to bring back the usual condition of my skin. Honestly this is the first time I experience someting like that. At the moment I am mixing the Touche Eclat foundation with another foundation.
The product is good but it is not for people with oily skin.
