Is it easy to use? - Yes and it comes with a surprisingly good brush.

Where can you buy it? - From almost every drugstore or pharmacy.

 MAC Blacktrack fluidline

Is it easy to get off? - Yes.

Is it easy to use? - Yes, but you have to buy a brush separately.

Where can you buy it? - From a MAC store.

My choice - L'OREAL Super Liner gel Intenza 24h, because it is almost twice cheaper, it comes with a brush, the colour is more intense and you can find it easier.
