Guarlain Meteorites were in my wishlist for a while. I decided to finally buy them and I purchased the limited edition ones for summer 2014 Guerlain Meteorites Aquarella. I know that this cult product has a lot of fans, who buy every new version that comes out.
The meteorites are a constant in the Guerlain makeup line, you can buy them whenever you want. With their seasonal collections Guerlain release limited edition meteorites, which are usually shimmery. Guerlain Meteorites Aquarella come in a beautiful box, which I can use for jewelry too. You get 25 g. of product. Guerlain Meteorites Aquarella smell amazing of violets. I can definitely see the effect of them, my skin tone is evened out and the imperfections are blurred. I've heard a lot of women saying that they can't see any difference in their skin when using this product and this was one of the reasons it took me so long to buy it.
The limited edition meteorites for this summer have shimmer in them. I've applied a lot of the product in the photo, when applied on the face you can barely see the shimmer. I would describe the effect as a wet effect. You can see sparkles on your face only when the light hits it. I absolutely hate having glitter on my face, but I don't have any problem wearing Guerlain Meteorites Aquarella even during the day.
The only thing that I don't like about this product is that it is very powdery and goes all over the place. I solved the problem with the Zoeva 102 Silk Finish brush, this brush really helps.
I quite like Guerlain Meteorites Aquarella and I really hope that I don't get obsessed and start collecting the different limited edition versions.
