I ordered three lip glosses from the Tanya Burr collection by eye CANDY the day it was released on feelunique. It took me quite some time to write a review. I like Tanya Burr, although I am not among the fans that watch absolutely every one of her videos on YouTube. I was sure that a makeup collection created in collaboration with a beauty blogger must be good for sure.
Choosing the colors was a difficult task because when I was placing my order there were very few swatches of the lip glosses on the Internet. I knew that Tanya Burr loves pink lip gloss and that's why I bought the shade Picnic in the Park - bright coraly pink. It has a medium coverage and it is not very sticky.
All the lip glosses from the collection smell amazing, according to me they smell like the strawberry milkshake in MCDonalds. I find the formulation quite different in the different shades. You get 8ml. of product in the packaging.
The next color that I decided to order was Just peachy, because you can't go wrong with a peachy color. It turns out that this one is a nude shade. I am definitely among the women who prefer bright lipsticks. Just peachy is very wearable nude, mainly because there is a lot of peach color in it. As the most nude lipsticks it emphasizes all the imperfections of your lips. Just peachy is a very opaque lip gloss. The formulation is not very sticky.
The third lip gloss that I oredered was one of the sparkly shades - Smile, Dream, Spark. In the packaging it looks beautiful, applied it is almost all glitter with a very little color payoff. This lip gloss was much stickier than the others.
The formulation of all the shades is very hydrating, thay smell amazing too. My favorite is Picnic in the park. The collection includes nail polishes too, but you can't order them if you live outside of the UK, that's why I don't own any. The nail polishes look very pretty.
