I’ve been kind of missing lately, but I hope that I’ll have more time for my blog now. I got the new limited edition NARS Narcissist palette, I ordered it from Selfridges (link). The shipping was not cheap, but it was so worth it. I placed my order on Sunday evening and I got it Tuesday.

The palette itself comes in a very interesting packaging with a mirror on the lid which every woman who is in love with her reflexion will appreciate. You get 8 eyeshadows, 1 g. each. There’s no matte shades in this palette. Some of the colours like Himalia and Lysithea are quite metallic, others have a pearly finish. The quality of all 8 shades is great and they are very pigmented. The dual intensity eyeshadows can be applied dry or with a wet brush for an intense look. To be honest they are so pigmented that I don’t see myself using them wet. The formulation reminds me of the formulation of the new LOREAL eyeshadows. The eyeshadows are easy to blend and I don’t have a problem with fallout.
The colour selection is great, the palette is with natural eyeshadows with a few more interesting shades like the dark blue Glove, the khaki grey Lysithea and the bordeaux Subra. Narsissist Dual intensity eyeshadow palette is a good purchase! You get a brush too.
